UNCLE DUKES SEPTIC AND DRAIN LLC was set up to solve a simple problem for north Phoenix homeowners: a septic system is invisible until it stops working, and by then the repair is expensive. We built a service yard that keeps tanks on a schedule instead of waiting for an emergency. When someone calls about a smell in the yard, a gurgling shower, or a patch of unusually green grass over the drain field, we already know how to read those signs.
Our core work is septic tank pumping. A tank fills with solids over time even when everything inside the house is working correctly, and the solids have to leave before they push into the drain field. On a pumping visit we find the lid, uncover the tank, measure the scum and sludge layers, pump the contents into the truck, and wash down the area when we finish. If the inlet or outlet baffle is broken or missing, we tell you on the spot, because a failed baffle lets solids escape into the field and turns a routine service into a major repair.
Drain problems come in two flavors. Some are a plug somewhere in the branch line, usually grease in the kitchen or hair and soap in a bathroom.
